My daughter enjoyed the full experience. It was great.

Transwa buses to and from the south west are great, cheap and the drivers are real friendly. One bloke in particular I've had a couple of times and today (10/05/18) for the afternoon bus going from down south to Perth is sooo friendly, he makes the ride a lot more comfortable for everyone.

Very good office staff & were helpful with planning my journey. The bus drivers are excellent & gave good info during the trip to the country.

horrible service. i bought my ticket because i wanted a train experience. seconds AFTER paying for it online, i received a message from transwa advising of a bus replacement. typical lazy behaviour i have come to expect from a wa government agency. this key insight should have been featured on the booking page. worse, now i can't cancel my ticket before my travel time because this agency is closed right now, & its voice greeting says cancelations must be made via phone. it is 1:22pm on a tuesday.

From the time of booking my journey on the coach to the end of the journey, TRANSWA are a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely helpful and accommodating.

Best bus depot and clean with plenty of help if you need anything

The East Perth terminal is fabulous as a departure point.The only downside is if you book train tickets in advance, as they request, you end up with the bad seating positions on the train whilst the people who don't book in advance are alocated the better seating. This spoilt what otherwise would have been a plesant trip on the Prospector.

I've been on the Australind numbers of times but I've only been only been on the new Prospecter once. When my Parents and I get the vaccine jab I would like it if my parents and I could go on a trip on the Transwa Road Coach.
